Is this everywhere or just Australia?
I am determined to find out what this is all about and to understand it totally. The UK market demands that anyone who wants to take their phone number to a new carrier must get some kind of authorization number and it is called a Paccode for short. I am still not understanding and will have to go online and do a search to see if I can gain some perspective on this. I am not so easily taught see, I need to really study something to understand fully what they are asking of me and how it will effect me personally. Then I can rest easy.
