I was sitting on the couch, when my best friend called. He said that he had some great news to share with me. He told me that he was able to make a nice profit off of his tax deed sales. He had just started investing in real estate, so I was thrilled to hear that he was doing so well. After told me how profit he made, I about dropped the phone. I could not believe what he told me.
