Last night I had some unexpected dinner guests. I was in a pinch as to what to feed them, so I got online and found an easy meatloaf recipe. I was able to cook it more quickly as a pot roast on the top of the stove, and the surprising thing about it was, that this meatloaf actually turned out a lot more moist than meatloaf that I normally make, which is to bake it in the oven. I decided then and there, that from now on, I would cook my meatloaf this way, as the guests were very impressed with how good my dinner tasted.
