The Home Loans Process Can Be Difficult
When I was purchasing a new home, qualifying for one of the various home loans was extremely complicated. Between the paperwork, the numerous phone calls and the back-and-forth explanations it took approximately five to six months to close escrow. At one point in time, I was just about ready to give up. I could not believe the hoops I had to jump through in order to qualify for the loan. I am now excited that the processes is done, and we are about to move into our new home. All I can say is that in the end it was well worth the time and effort we spent.
