What can a bodybuilder teach you about weight loss?

When you first hear that a bodybuilder has written a guide on losing weight then you probably unfairly assume that he couldn’t know anything about that right? You’d assume he knew loads about building muscle but not that much about losing weight. Actually if you read Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle you can see he knows an awful lot about it! You see bodybuilders do build muscle, but they also have to trim off fat so their muscles are as a defined as possible, they take losing weight to a whole new level in their attempt to look as musclebound as possible.
