Spilled Hot Water Down My Arm
Right now I do not have any health insurance. I burned myself last night while cooking. It is relatively mild and I probably would not go to the hospital with it even if I had insurance. I spilled hot water down my arm and the underside of my arm is pretty tender. I need some kind of first degree burn treatment. For one it hurts. For two I am afraid if I do not treat it properly I might end up with a permanent scar. I have sprayed it with burn cream and directly after it happened I ran cold water over it. I hope that is enough.
