building some delts

i need to  start too train my delts more. i have been putting  this off becauuse of the amount of time that i have to devote to training but i am  going to be sure to pput time aside and get it donne now. i have used some  reallly good  exercises in the past and i will now too. i have to watch my shoulders these days because i am getting older and i have hurt my shoulders in the past.i do not want to get hurt that is for sure. the nutrition tips for fat that i use are eat all day long.
