In my opinion, martial arts is one of the greatest sports around.  It is a sport that requires dedication and hard work, but it is a sport that anyone can play.  It is a sport that helps you feel good about yourself and it gives you the confidence to go out and take on the world.  I have been involved in some form of martial arts ever since I was six years old.  It has made me a better person and I am proud of my involvement.  The martial arts supplies that you need are minimal, but the rewards are endless.

I have been doing some serious training lately at bjj geelong along with my cousin Bruce. we have been preparing for an upcoming submission grappling competition that is only held once a year. the comp has the best local and international grapplers attend and it is considered by many to be the best indicator of ones ranking in the national standings. for two weeks now i have been doing weights, cardio, strength and conditioning and alot of wrestling practice. my skill level has improved and i feel like i am ready to overcome any hurdle in my way including winning the competition.

When I walked into work, I was feeling great. It was my first day at the new job and I got noticed quickly. Everyone was nice and they told me that it was a great company to work for. I had lunch with one of my co-workers and she told me that she loved my figure. I told her that I had worked hard it. Airsoft Grenades And Fun

Have you seen the different airsoft grenades that are out there? I cannot even believe it, they even have claymore mines for airsoft! Is that not just cool?

I think it is any way. I mean, to be able to go out there, with an AEG (automatic electric gun) and a gas powered airsoft pistol on the side, AND take an airsoft claymore mine and set it for my opponents, that just rocks! They even have regular pineapple style airsoft grenades that you can use to mess up your opponent out there on the field. So go out to your local airsoft club and have some fun!
