In the opinion of the author must be acknowledged that the state of emergency accommodation is an objective basis for termination of ownership of the premises that are not caused by the needs of state bodies or municipalities.
Based on this conclusion, thesis proposes to amend the Civil Code and Law on live hot mortgage leads, fixing a basis for termination of ownership of a dwelling as a recognition of its emergency and subject to demolition.
