I am one of those guys that likes to move quick when it comes to business, and let me tell you, when you have to wait on a real estate agent to produce listings and tell you about good deals that come up, you are going to end up missing a lot of deals.
So what is the answer? It is found in the Texas real estate license (or whatever state you are from). This is what will give you access to the local MLS and allow you to save and make a lot of money on real estate deals.
