My business checkbook register
I consider myself to be a very organized person who generally has things in order and under control. My associates frequently comment that they enjoy knowing what is expected from them each and every work day. I am able to spend a considerable amount of time with them in 1 on 1 coaching,and reviewing. This is in large part, a result of my decision to use a business checkbook register in my business. I used to spend hours upon hours trying to keep tarack of expenses,receivables and what the actual dollar balance was for the business, Now I have much more time to spend with the associates,a real win win situation.
