Improvement reports bring about accountability
The accountability created by an improvement report based on a process mapping procedure must be taken seriously and should be addressed by those who are affected by them.
When some form of change is expected to happen, in preparation for the business to reach goals that have been set, the improvements will definitely be appreciated and utilized. These changes must be recognized so that they may take effect and be appreciated by the business as a whole.
While many of the business mapping processes may well be involved in other parts of the operation, and need not be directly addressed at the time improvements are made, they will inevitably be change when there is need in the over all progress involved.
