Employee Medical Costs
Nearly everyone realizes that health care costs have gone up tremendously in the last few years. We are committed to providing health care to our employees through our small business medical insurance plan but still need to keep a handle on our own cost of providing it to them. For the next year we have increased the amount of the deductible that each person will have to pay. This coupled with an increase in the copayment as enabled us to reduce the cost of coverage to where it is no more than we paid last year. Unfortunately our employees will have to pick up the slack in the services they use.
