Triceps Exercise for Fitness Atlanta
Saturday, December 31st, 2011Another arm exercise you can do to work your triceps is to hold the cans straight above your head, and keep your feet about shoulder width apart. Then, bend only your elbows, lowering the cans as far as you can behind your head. For some people who are not as flexible in the shoulder, they aren’t able to do too much rotation on the shoulder, but it doesn’t matter. It will still exercise your triceps. This is another great Fitness Atlanta exercise.
